Meet Samantha!
She’s smart, she’s silly, she’s adventurous…she should be a MODEL! I call her my modern-day Marilyn Monroe M– USE!
When I told Sam I was thinking we’d take her session outside, on some land, way out in Uhland, TX….AND she’d get naked.
Her immediate response was:
“Sure! Let’s do it!“
I met Sam briefly, about half a year ago at one of the Hideout Theater’s improv shows called ” The Maestro”. The moment I saw her on stage I knew I wanted to take photos of her. Some women you just feel drawn to. That’s her! She’s unapologetically funny, quick, daring, witty and simply beautiful.
We had a few acres of land all to ourselves. We used my car as her “mobile dressing room”! It was such a fun little adventure!
Q+A with Miss Sam:
What was your favorite part about your session with Torrid Boudoir?
“It’s a close tie between the actual session and seeing the pictures after. But I would have to say, my favorite part was feeling so sexy in my own skin — thanks to the photographer and stylists.”
If you could tell future clients one thing about booking with Torrid Boudoir, what would it be?
“They should go in with an open mind and trust the photographer. What might seem weird to do with your body looks great on camera. Don’t be afraid to try new things.”
Would you have another boudoir shoot with Torrid Boudoir in the future? Why or why not?
“Yes! Super professional and fun! I would love to do it again.”
What changes have you noticed in yourself after your photo shoot with Torrid Boudoir?
“I feel better about myself. To feel like a ‘model’ makes you realize it’s a mindset more than a physical experience. I like to take more time to care for how I look. Plus, if I’m ever down on myself, I have these pictures!”
Our wardrobe stylist, Jeremy, faced his fear of walking in tall grassy fields! Ha! And Miss Sam was such a trooper! We all agreed…
It was SO worth it!!
