18 Aug Timelines For A Boudoir Session | Austin Boudoir Photography

Here are all the ins & outs to help you plan.

Step 1: Pre-Session Consultation

(8-10+ weeks before you need your products)

 

When you have your complimentary pre-session consultation we will go over session details, availability, pricing & how to prepare. We will also go over your specific timeline, if you have one. The consultation is when you will book your session.

 

We offer Pre-Session Payment Plans* for those wanting to plan ahead and sit back, relax & enjoy their session & gallery reveal appointment – where they see all of their photos! 85% of my clients choose this option.

 

CHRISTMAS GIFT? Schedule your consultation in August/September.

VALENTINE’S DAY GIFT? Schedule your onsultation in October/November.

 

 

Step 2: Your Session

(6-10+ weeks before you need your products)

 

Yay! It’s finally time for your session! Arrive ready to be pampered and rock your session. We include professional hair & makeup, as well false lashes. We also have a gorgeously curated Client Wardrobe Closet, with sizes XS to 5X that you will have complete access to.

 

Your session should take place AT LEAST 6 weeks before you need your products delivered.

 

We do offer a “Rush Edit” option for an additional fee, if you’re in a hurry.

 

CHRISTMAS GIFT? Your session should take place in October.

VALENTINE’S DAY GIFT? Your session should take place in December.

 

 

Step 3: Your Gallery Reveal Appointment

(6-8+ weeks before you need your products)

 

You will come back to the studio for your Gallery Reveal Appointment TWO WEEKS after your session. Unless you chose to add-on the Rush Edit option. In that case, you’ll come back one week later.

 

The Gallery Reveal Appointment is when you’ll see your entire gallery of images (typically around 40-50 images), fully retouched and ready to order. I’ll have all of my gorgeous samples ready for you to touch & see as well.

 

CHRISTMAS GIFT? Place your order in October.

VALENTINE’S DAY GIFT? Place your order in December.

 

*Pre-Session Payment Plans

 

If you choose to use our Pre-Session Payment Plan option, add 3-6 months to your timeline. Some clients choose to book a year out for this very reason. The payment frequency options are: weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.
