BOUDOIR BADDIES: A blessing in disguise | Austin Boudoir Photography

Why did you book a boudoir session? What’s your story?

I originally booked my shoot as a 35th birthday present to myself. Thanks to COVID, it got pushed back almost a year. It was a blessing in disguise. In that year, I experienced a relationship with someone who helped me learn to love myself, the massive loss of my mother, and a diagnosis that I would of never guessed. With the diagnosis of ADHD and being properly medicated, my world has completely changed all for the better. And luckily, it was captured on camera!

Going into the shoot, were you worried about anything?

Not a thing!

Looking back on the planning process, do you feel like you were given adequate information and references to help you prepare for your shoot?

I think so. I feel like between the info you give and what the ladies on the Facebook group have to say about their experience, you are very much prepared. Also I think the fact that you move so fast while shooting, I didn’t have time to over analyze anything.

What is the number one reason you would recommend doing a shoot with me over any of the other photographers out there?

Because you are so open and so accepting of everyone. It’s really great how you are able to read someone and meet them at their level!

What was your favorite part of your session?

All of it!

Would you have another boudoir shoot with me in the future?

Hell yes!!!!

What changes have you noticed in yourself after your photo shoot with me?

This I would need more time to think about it, but after the shoot I almost left feeling like okay Elizabeth has her work cut out for her haha. After the reveal, it’s like oh damn I can’t believe I could do that! And now I wanna do it again ?

Would you like to add anything else about your experience?

You are just the best and I Love you and Nikki so much!!!!
